- The Tauri Vault gives stablecoin holders access to yield generated from real-world commodity activity, specifically short-cycle grain trading flows in Brazil. The vault loans capital to our vetted partner Tauri Agricola to add to their balance sheet. Tauri Agricola deploys into post-harvest transactions that settle quickly (typically within days), allowing it to be reused multiple times over a single vault period and generate returns through consistent operational turnover rather than long-term market exposure. The underlying operator has a demonstrated track record of executing high volumes with strong cash conversion and no historical defaults (proven by our Transparency Dashboard with Accountable), with growth primarily limited by access to capital. The vault is structured to reduce risk through short durations, asset-backed receivables, diversified counterparties, and continuous monitoring, while providing transparency into underlying activity through verifiable data sources. Tauri Agricola takes on FX hedging, grain price hedging and first loss. The vault is not exposed to either.
